Dionne Watson never received the magazine due to errors in Readers Digest Data Base. The order made 2/1/20 will not begin until May 2020. Data had her former husbands name (2013) and my name is the receiver vs. the gift giver. User’s recommendation: None at this moment.

Sent a gift subscription to a neighbor hasn’t received an issue and one person has passed away whom I’d sent a gift to.

Some nice agent took care of the issue. And since one of the persons whom the gift was being sent to has recently passed away the man let me send her issue to another person. Was pleased with the customer service.
