Fraud

I ordered an a-furniture children's bunk bed. I made a full prepayment. I started waiting for the crib, but now it's been three months, but the crib is not. Promises so every week that it definitely will but it doesn't. The e-mail was initially answered, but no longer was answered. When the caller asks where the bed, Says that in the near future will call but it also does not call back. For the first time in this grab an online store.
