Not delivered items

I ordered two items and still it didn’t deliver, but I when I check my application, and it says already delivered!! I want to check it. Because I already pay for it! User’s recommendation: I cannot rate this company, because the service is not good!! And I’m not satisfied!

Worst delivery time

A product needed to be delivered to seller in order for the seller to refund it but still it has not happened so careless delivery time and not at all concerned about the precious timing of customers would be the worst thing happens with a customer. User’s recommendation: Never rely on qexpress for delivery on time.

Delivery man Attitude Problem

Delivery man question why no one at home, but delivery man did not call or message before delivery. Delivery man super unfriendly and did not inform or ask where to put the parcel if no one at home. Bad attitude!
