It seems you app isn’t working. I want to pay back my loan after filling my BVN, the application failed to move to the next stage since yesterday.
I borrowed a #5000 loan on the 13th of August 2021 and on the 14 of August 2021 i meet #1000 in my bank account, I’ve been trying to get through the app to check what went wrong but the app is not loading. User’s recommendation: I don’t anything to say at the moment thank you you.
I have paid my loan before due date and i applied for another loan and you were saying you cannot give me loan again
I requested an account change nothing has been done but says resolved, i was told to give reason for change, i did, and was requested to give the new account details which i did, but nothing and ticket has been closed
My loan wasn’t disbursed so I want something done about it please. I applied for the loan today been 4/8/2021
