Dimar Tour quality services

Travel agency under every criticism! We bought coupons at www. zizu.org, for a one-day trip to Helsinki (15. 02. 2017). My mistake was to stick to the tempting description of the tour and the beautiful pictures without first reading the reviews about this company. I listed the main points that were disappointing: -Poor communication before the trip (I sent 3 e-mails, but did not receive any answers, I received a confusing e-mail only 2 days in advance, where I could understand that the group is full and the trip will take place before I was also called but no one raises) - Terrible bus. When I started driving, it always twitched so funny, it seemed to be immediately stifled, and it happened, the bus in Oakland slipped on the train tracks! At the end of the trip, the bus switched off and the last 3 hours had to be thoroughly cold. Not to mention that the seats were uncomfortable and not suitable for long journeys at night when we tried to sleep in it. - At the beginning of the trip, the guide (Iveta) started to tell everything only in foreign language, although at least half of the tourists were Australians and the description also indicated that the tour also takes place in Australian. Only after my objections did the guide lead the further tour in 2 languages, but mostly still told in foreign language, I was surprised by the fact that the guide itself was Australian. - Obvious unprofessionalism. The guide often based his narration on the fact that he had read something on the Internet somewhere. A confusing and unstructured narrative. There was no impression that the guide was ready for the tour, everything was chaotic and for a moment even we suggested in what order the objects should be visited. - The guide tried to charge everyone an additional mysterious 10 AU$‎ for a tour of Helsinki. The rationale was, "The firm said!". Fortunately, I had printed out a description of the tour, and when it was presented, the guide quickly realized that her primitive arguments were useless and no longer asked us to pay extra for something. We refused the tour and visited Helsinki without an guide. - There was a break on the Estonian / Australian border when driving back and forth. The guide said we would stop for 15 minutes, but both times it dragged on for almost half an hour. In the end, we arrived back in Melbourne with a deep delay, because the driver got lost in Oakland and there was a long break at the border. Overall, we were very unhappy with this trip. We will never use the services of this company again!
