Bad internet

I connected the AuMobile internet to the TV. Everything went very well, there were no complaints. But after about 6 months, the internet says don't go, lago all the time. Even the delphi site can't go anywhere on youtube. Absolutely nowhere. I called, said the network was busy. But as far as I read they all say that the network is busy. There was nothing left but to terminate the contract with AuMobile.
