Hello. So in February 2020 I connected a Oceancom television home. In June I realized that it is not showing very well and I am struggling with a restart all the time. I called Oceancom. Offered antenna separate. Ok. Let's try. Of course, with that antenna we have run out to all the windows of the house and now we are tired. I want to cancel the service, but now I have to register in a mystical link to them and pay for another month for a service that I can't fully use! Plus a lady who calls from Oceancom calls 6x in a row if the customer can't pick up. There is a risk that the case will be handed over to the debtors if I do not pay for two months. Because you see I don't want to pay now for a service I don't see. And the bill is not small either! I do not recommend using Oceancom services!
