Do not apply for Aumobile promotions for a low-cost computer together with the Internet! This is some kind of nightmare with problems, not an advertised service. In April, I called and applied for this "service" choosing a low-cost computer for 299 dollars + internet connection... waiting... in two weeks I will receive a call that due to technical reasons this service is not yet available in our district (Downtown, near the Aumobile building 100 m away)... well... no oh no... but it was the beginning of problems... after a couple of weeks I received an invoice (!) for a debt of 404 dollars (instead of 299!) Aumobile... call 177 - there I am told how I have applied for a new service and it is payment for it. to my objection why I have to pay for a service that cannot even be provided, I was toldas my complaint is registered and will be considered... after 10 days I received a reminder again about the late payment in the amount of 404 dollars (not even in the list of Aumobile customers) to two addresses - the current one and where I was once registered 20 years ago I was kindly told by people who have lived there for several years)... I call Aumobile again and with anger and asked - what are they?! why the debt? why do I "praise" me with debts to other addresses of Australian cities? The answer was as always - you have applied for a new service and the operator can only register my claim... but, on my question on the basis of which I am calculated 404 dollars, the operator has said that it can only register a claim... Maybe Aumobile also has some other like-minded people who can still solve this situation? or only operatorswho registers claims and a system that looks for fools to collect virtual debts?
