Two years ago, I took out a mortgage loan from IT Banka, but the attendant was easy to pay off, regular errors on the part of the bank employee were regularly reported. All the money from the account forced me to change IT Banka a year ago and go to another bank. For a year now, I have not been a client of IT Banka, switching to another bank, I had broken all liabilities related to the Mortgage loan, the so-called third level of pension and life insurance. But a few days ago, I noticed that the account has a missile of 11, 73 lls, which was counted on life insurance. I lived in Olaine myself, but I still went to their branch and wrote an application for the waiver of a regular payment and an application for a refund.The bank's staff promises to solve this problem within a few days, but, unfortunately, nothing has changed, still receive a warning from the bank that the account is a monthly and immediate payment :( I do not apply for this branch to anyone, the employees are irresponsible and unprofessional.
