Terrible service
On December 15, 2018, an order - a phone (a gift for Christmas) was placed in the online store 1a.info. On the same day, info was received that payment had been received. Information received on 19.12.2018 will be informed when everything will be completed and ready for delivery promised for 2-3 days. It was also the latest information in the form of a text message / mail from the store. On 21.12.2018 it was called and it was clarified whether everything was in order, the promise that on 22.12.2018 would be handed over to DPD for delivery. 22.12.2018 nothing came. 23.12.2018 (Friday before the holiday) call to find out what happened then (total call about 15minutes) was told that will not be able to deliver (the culprit is the supplier - exactly DPD). As an option I found out if I would be able to deliver directly to their office that day and take it out myself by 3pm on Saturday. Said yes, it can, in the evening they will receive the goods and in the evening I will be informed. In the evening I did not receive any call, on Saturday I was told that unfortunately something happened again, the promise that I would be able to deliver on 28.12.2018 (thank you Christmas spoiled). Since last Saturday, I have spent 1 hour 44 minutes listening to how important my call is to them (both in foreign and American). The only info I've figured out (from complaints here and on facebook) is that it promises on 06/12/2018... 1a.info Thank you for a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!
