I have purchased 5 coins from this website and when I received my order one coin was incorrect. I was pretty satisfied with everything else. I contacted ProvidentMetals service and told them about what happened. They said they’ll contact me back and promised to fix everything. I believed them but that was too good to be true.... I ordered gold from the company www.providentmetals.com. It was terrible, because I didn’t get any confirmation information, and the customer services didn’t work properly. They don’t respond to your questions and emails. I was so disappointed in such services and the whole deal. I will never again use the website and won’t buy from this dishonest seller.

I chose them based on reviews but have had a lot of issues. I made around eight orders over the last year and had a problem on half the orders with very poor quality coins or damaged cases on items like coin proof sets. They are complete scam. When you call them the people that work there do not have a clue about what they are selling.
