Junk don’t get

2017 and I called and they said I was given a 36 month contract cell phones don’t even do this. It’s a scam at its finest.

Horrible and dangerous we could have died!!!!!!!!

We transferred our service from Florida to Charlotte NC…paid for over 3+years before being informed accidentally that our system was never attached to the monitoring part of their company…because they never had the service that would work without a land line…we had that service in Florida for several years….when the customer service rep accidentally let slip this... God forbid you need to move during the time you have service.

So I have had service for a year, signed a 36 month agreement when I started. We are moving to another location only to have to sign a new agreement, this time for 42 months… They are stating it is because of new equipment that is being used and the equipment is at a discount… BULL!
