Hello! I was delighted to see the Artelac eye drops in the pharmacy catalog in the February issue, for which a suitable promotion buys each other as a gift. When I contacted three Moon pharmacies, I was confronted with the incompetence of the employees, that they did not know the shares announced by me, and I, as a buyer, should indicate that I am entitled to receive the other one free of charge. It felt awkward and like praying to stand up for the truth. I received an indication in one pharmacy that there are no such promotions. In the second pharmacy, the employee got upset and indicated that there would be no second pack. If these drops are so extremely rare in the third pharmacy, I mentioned that I want such 4 packs, but as a result I got at least two and yes, thank you, I got the other one for free. But I felt miserable, as if the campaign was for some special people...
