Poor service
On the night of February 8-9, I called a taxi from TaxiC to the January 13 street stop. The dispatcher announced that the taxi will be available in 15 minutes. After 20 min. the trail was still missing. When I called, the dispatcher announced that the taxi would be in 10 minutes. After a time call and say that the taxi is present, but it was not a message. Waiting again. When you call back again, the dispatcher says it will be after 5 min. Are not. When I call back and tell them that I no longer need their services because I am cold, tired to wait and full of patience, the dispatcher decides to say that I have not picked up the handset, even though the phone is in my hand all the time., zone and on. Butter. Never choose a company on this trail again and recommend it to others.
