We think that in order for everything to arrive on time, we need to call a taxi, we need to find out the possibilities. 12/20/13 18:33 I called the Alviks operator. I say - we - 6 people + impressive luggage (which I repeat several times) that we need a bus. Yes - be everything in order, everything is ok. The next day is coming. Taxi customers even a little faster, arrived on time. And what we see - a minivan! This means that if you use the rear seats - the luggage is nowhere to go! The taxi driver says he knows nothing. There is no way we can stop them. Then some of the passengers with their luggage left, we left in the cold, and had to run around Madison to find another taxi.Plus - for another taxi but will also have to consider in addition to [hide] @ Calling the operator, she repeats everything that, yes, was mentioned in the baggage and so on. When asked why the bus was not returned, the bus objected - the bus is not working today (!). When I asked, what wasn't said yesterday? Without knowing anything, the minivan is also similar to a bus (!). Not even sorry. Thank you, we were quite regular customers, but unfortunately we won't use Alviks more, if even at such IMPORTANT moments with a timely call and the rest - they can't be trusted.
