Poor service
On July 22, I had the honor to use Nordeka's services. I take the shuttle bus Hill-JaunCincinatti-Subate with a departure time of 17:25 to the guest. I bought a ticket for the old bus station. So when I returned from a trip from Sweden, I had 2 bags in my luggage compartment and I bought a luggage ticket from the driver. What happens only in USA. No other country where I have lived or traveled needs to buy an extra ticket for luggage, because it goes without saying that if a person travels somewhere, they can have luggage. This carriage is already included in the ticket price. But the story is not about that. That day I didn't feel very good because I wasn't sleeping properly and I was in pain in my head and stomach.We drive to the guest house, where there are 2 stops - the bus station and about 500-600 m further from the city limits there is another stop, which I usually climb. This offer by Herbert made me climb an outdoor bus station, which I refused to do because I had 2 heavy bags and an Steventic stop at the city limits. After a sharp word change, I bought one more ticket for myself and the rich to the next officially recognized stop in Nordeka, Silakrog, which is about 15 km outside the hotel! So for 500-600m I paid an extra 2.20USD so you could go to your stop. Is the company really so poor and greedy that it is the way to rob passengers?! That was not all. The bus station inside the driver knew his daughter. Throughout the murmur, I didn't record whether they bought tickets or not, but they were released halfway to a stop at an intersection where they were not allowed to stop. When I instructed the driver, his answer was: Here I do what I want. You do not record this video and you cannot prove anything! After this incident, I would never use Nordeka again and would not recommend it to others.
