Poor service, unreasonable disconnection
I encountered AuMobile's "Super Cool" attitude. I have been a AuMobile customer for many years and the bills are paid by automatic payment. Last month, it so happened that when paying for parking, there was not enough limit for automatic payment and 12 dollars remained unpaid, which I would not have guessed at all. Yesterday I received a text message about the unpaid part, but when I wanted to make a payment today, I found that the Internet was turned off. I wanted to call AuMobile info 076, but it was also disabled! So I can't contact them! Looking at the emails, I noticed that the alert was still in the email 2 days ago, which I hadn't read at all. Well thanks AuMobile for the efficient operation. But when I had a problem with it,that AuMobile had unjustifiably double the money for services due to the negligence of my employees, I had to wait for 2 weeks for a solution, and I had to call again to have someone deal with it! Thanks AuMobile I have to settle everything in 1 day, but AuMobile can be delayed for weeks... Perfect!
