Got charged and no item came

Straightened out myself after trying to get someone on phone for hours!

I couldn’t Get a person to answer the phone and tried for hours. All I needed was some information. Im a retired employee there. I got what I needed finally on my own. Thanks for nothing! User’s recommendation: Don’t call !!!
