Because of Covid, first cruise was canceled so rolled ahead our refundable tickets along with trip insurance. After 2nd cruise date canceled received shorted refund and partial future cruise credit. What happened to refundable? Guess I should have put more faith in prior reviews. Lesson learned. User’s recommendation: Believe Department of Justice (2016 penalty).
