Wont give me my deposit back

cant get a deposit back for returned bottles. User’s recommendation: Just keep their bottles. That should *** them off.

Deposit is not really a deposit

Hot water broken

My Primo dispenser hot water was broken and I called the customer service, The agent person immediately set a replacement order and I already received the new dispenser, It is a great experience with Primo Water, I highly recommend User’s recommendation: Highly recommend for the great customer service.
