Embezzling your money!!!!!

We have had Prime lending 3 years & then they said we either pay 6300.00 or our house payment would go up. They claimed they under estimated our Ins & Taxes but couldn’t show any proof. I have a mortgage with prime lending in good standing. It is not being reported to Equifax. I am applying for another loan and this is an issue. Not reporting to the credit bureau loos suspicious according to mortgage broker.
