We are trying to close on our house in Grand Prairie. Hugo Ortiz is a total jerk!!! He could care less about our inconvenience... He keeps putting our closing off til the end of the month and could care less that we have to drive an hour and half now 3 times saying we are going to close but he still cannot get the paperwork together. He does not return calls and his communication skills are horrible!!!! This is a branch manager???? Really this is a joke!!!! I will never ever recommend Prime lending to anyone!!!!
