i called and spoke with someone on 8/1/2021 to get a refund. was promised a refund of 335.65. called today to check on it and they have change the info on the account to not match what i have on file and the receipt. they sent my refund to someone else. User’s recommendation: do not use.

Poor customer service. Messed up booking.

The outbound flight was canceled by Swiss. Priceline agents could not rebook for an appropriate flight and put me on delayed flight with 17 hours layover in Vienna ,arrival to the US on next day from originally booked.
