Hello, I would like to warn other travelers about the services provided by flybus. It was planned to use this company to reach the destination in New Zealand in order to from there fly on, the day before the flight I get an email It comes a letter that the flight was canceled.. I have a vacation and due to pure coincidence, I read the letter, but if it had not done so? Does this company really not take any risk that the bus will not be full? Driving only at 100% bus load? Where to get tickets now, everything is sold to other companies too! Maybe it would be earlier to send sms to customers because not everyone sits at the computer during the day. I will never use the services of this company again! I recommend others to be careful and not to rely.
