Terrible employees
Today (23.12.2019) we went to 7-11 around 11:00 to grab coffee and hot dogs, poured coffee and went to the cash register, where we were greeted by a young girl in glasses and with really terribly thick layer with cosmetics. The girl is very rude, rude and looks at people (including us) as if she owes 100 rubles. Really very unpleasant, even disgusting! Another cash out at the cash desk when we told her in understandable American that she would be with the card, and she was still angry with us, she was panting. Then the driver came (as far as I understand) and apologized and corrected everything. (Thank you for really nice communication with people!). She (the putty girl) asked the other worker (with red-haired hair) to make the hot dogs. This boy asks herwith a loaf of bread hot dogs should be made - she answers in foreign: da pohuj! (I quote everything as it was :)! And this guy didn't intend to ask us either, and he stood as a dumb man and made bread of his choice. He had also mixed sausages, but now there again thanks to the manager because she heard how we told in American that we had other sausages, but this shot decided to ignore or do not understand anything more than foreign while living in United Kingdom. While we were waiting for the hot dogs, the spectacular research from top to bottom all the time, now very "pleasant"! In the end we got hot dogs with 1 small napkin (usually gives at least 2-4, and this is really important, especially while in the car). Without please, good appetite u. For TT Hotdogs, the bread was not baked at all, thrown on a fixed to warm up and everything. After all, the appetite has finally disappeared and I no longer want to return there!I would like to honor one other employee, who makes the most delicious hot dogs and perfectly serves customers, but unfortunately I do not know the name, but usually works on weekdays in the evening and speaks American with an interesting accent. It would be advisable to work with these two individuals and train them to handle customers and food. Thanks!
