1st order solvent trap i ordered 249$. Threads were not cut deep enough on tube or adapter tube flew off end of my barrel adapter stayed on. 2nd order. One of the 1 threaded spacers. First order bad threads on 1 spacers ,2nd order threads on tube were not cut deep enough. Whole solvent trap flew off end of barrel except for threaded adapter. Third time ordered a coupler. So i could attach my 1 spacers. They sent me another 1 spacer
They have NO customer service. They do not answer phone. They do not return messages. They do not reply to emails. They had no problem taking my money for an order that wasn’t filled. My order was missing parts, and had broken/damaged parts. User’s recommendation: Do not recommend.
Order had broken and missing parts. Emailed and called before several times. Still have yet to hear from anyone. User’s recommendation: If order doesn’t show up perfectly, you are out of luck. There is no customer service.
