Calling the bank regarding the issue of the account, the issue was successfully resolved, but immediately after that the employee, in my opinion, quite attacked in an aggressive / aggressive way (without asking if I have the time and desire for such a conversation) started a conversation and questioning about my place of residence and insurance. Given that the bank records the conversations, there is no desire for strangers to tell about your private life, including the place of residence, and to justify your lifestyle habits if I have no interest in their product offer (in this case, as far as I understood, home insurance). Understandably, the bank has a desire to sell its products, but this intrusive form of communication only discourages and causes anger, dissatisfaction.
