Poor service

We are Optus home internet, tv customers for a long time. very often last time there are problems with inetu-switches always out and the TV is exactly the same - a black picture and there is no sound, 7x hours. We call info no. 1. 06. 19. at 12: 0, Edgars answered to solve the problem - to which we answer: nothing can be done, dislike- change another operator!
