I spent $100 in shipping on 2 broke units. Where is my new *** grill. You guys *** me 2 times in shipping as they are *** junk. I even got extra warranty. You are a *** loser crook. User’s recommendation: Faster and more open hours.

Was expecting a free pancake plate in the box but got a piece of paper that to call just pay shopping and handing 15 99 got charged that plus 17.99 plus the rebate code given did not work. Please help me with this matter Jerry Nelson
