My food arrived cold and nasty I threw it away . Took two hours to arrive . I want a refund full for the 20 bucks . Never ordering again you need to fix this ! So mad !
Postmates seriously needs to work on their customer service. I wasnt even able to press the button saying i hadnt gotten my order, even though all other buttons worked fine and I reloaded the app twice. Why the *** cant i get my money back?? $70 down the drain. User’s recommendation: Just pick up the damn food.
And I still have not received my money back from my order and they say they can’t refund my money will not oder from them again. Totally not satisfied.

p ATTENTION I knew that MyPizza is not the best pizzeria, but how can it serve people? On Monday, I ordered 4 pizzas around 1:30 p.m., to be ready by 5:30 p.m. I pay. What do you think happened when I came to receive my order at 5:30 p.m. I got the answer that the cook forgot about the order, but promised to do it within 6 minutes (4pizzas!) I was very in a hurry not to miss due to MyPizza, and did not see what my pizza looks like. In the pictures you can see what I got. It was a shame to offer such pizzas to guests. No one wanted to eat because of its appearance. I tasted each one of them — gum, awful! It is a pity that there was no time to go to them with those pizzas and complain. Thanks, Chile
