I cancelled my Postmates unlimted so long ago I couldnt even find the email with a cancel confirmation. For some reason Im still receiving a monthly charge. I have tried contacting Postmates multiple times and NOTHING has came back. Still stealing my money. Still dont have unlimited. User’s recommendation: *** postmates and *** Uber eats.
Needed help with a receipt And called your customer service line but nobody answered and you were going to charge me five dollars to answer my question and the customer service was absolutely horrible. Why cant you just make it easy for the customer and have a number that actually a real person answers and helps another...

Poor service
p ATTENTION I knew that MyPizza is not the best pizzeria, but how can it serve people? On Monday, I ordered 4 pizzas around 1:30 p.m., to be ready by 5:30 p.m. I pay. What do you think happened when I came to receive my order at 5:30 p.m. I got the answer that the cook forgot about the order, but promised to do it within 6 minutes (4pizzas!) I was very in a hurry not to miss due to MyPizza, and did not see what my pizza looks like. In the pictures you can see what I got. It was a shame to offer such pizzas to guests. No one wanted to eat because of its appearance. I tasted each one of them — gum, awful! It is a pity that there was no time to go to them with those pizzas and complain. Thanks, Chile
