Defective parcel post
I went to pick up the order from the Post Station at the Origo shopping center on Sunday. The screen shows that you need to close the door for what to do next - the indicated door is closed, for safety I press a few more times, nothing on the screen changes. The phone you want to call in this situation is turned off. Well then it will not be possible to remove the order this Sunday, I will try again on Monday - I hope that the parcel terminal will be repaired or at least the customer service will work, so that I don't have to drive and spend my time again.
