Poor service

I had to switch from one address to another. It is not enough to not be able to write down the master for a certain period of time. So wait from 9-12. Of course, the delay in work due to it. Clock Already 12. Call these... 20 minutes while connecting... Fairy to find out when the master will be. They say I'll call you back... Another hour, no message from them. Call again - 20 mins while connecting... Again, re-telling 4 people all my grief that I am waiting for etc... Because from one department to another reconnects. At the end 5 people tell me that the girls will not be at all, because you see some breakage needs to be fixed! What do I do for their rupture? Or you can't call and say there won't be at all. As such an idiot sitting for lunch waiting for the "tet prince" to arrive,but this one doesn't even consider it necessary to call and say no. But see the last two days I even get sms so I don't forget to apply for a master. Di ***** such a company having vnk spit on the customer... Now another day again talking to the master, and again delaying work, because you see them work from 9 to 18... So the service is not for working people. , only for seniors and moms who sit all day at home. Deb particular office! Hope to read someone who works there!
