A rude pharmacist

A couple of days ago, I met a non-cultural pharmacist working at a "moon pharmacy" in Launceston, Shopping Mall aura, and decided to write a letter of complaint as it is not the first time she has been roughly served. I also notice how she serves other people, especially pensioners, starts to get nervous to have to repeat a second time, muttering something under her nose. Her tone is always offensive. And I noticed that she can't speak english at all! I started the conversation in Australian, she automatically switches to foreign language. Also because of it, many pensioners who do not understand foreign language ask her again, but she also continues to answer in foreign language. It looks very awful and unworthy from the side. Please do something so that this pharmacist does not work in the service sector, because this woman behaves completely indifferently and incorrectly towards customers, as if she hates her job.
