The restaurant forgot an item I ordered, but charged me for it. Im trying to call but no one picks up. User’s recommendation: Check your bag while at drive thru no matter how long it takes.

Location closed

I have gone through the drive through 3 times in the past week and there is a sign that says closed for maintenance at 4:45. I want to be sure there is not a health concern or something. It doesnt seem like it should be closed.
I ordered 3 Churrasco Tripic-chop BUt when I got home NO meat was served , I had no time to go back the same day but next day I went in person again on Drive T line to complain to the manager she made me look like a lier and argued with me instead of an apology... Read more ➤
I ordered over the app to pick up in the store when I get there by lunch time my name wasn’t there so I lost my time and money. It’s a Bs the app and the store aren’t connected User’s recommendation: Do not use the app it’s a joke.

Need coupn

Got blooded chicken on March 3rd. Family meal. Was told U were to send me a coupon to reimburse meI have not received it .

Poor service

Terrible service. It is forgivable when you hire a new chef or waitress and sometimes something is not quite as it should be, but it remains unbearable when it happens regularly every time. Orders are mixed and the time you have to wait to bring lunch always reaches more than an hour, where even if the food has to be changed to get what you had ordered, plus another hour " we had already eaten when we brought the food, when it was just prepared and brought to a four- year-old child. who all this time had already effete. of course, these reviews we do not expect it, when there will be a huge change, but management should talk about this with their team. We want to let people know who need to hurry that there will not be the right place to drink coffee so as not to spend more than an hour. I also calculate that it takes a long time.
