The store has communication problems. The invoice is sent electronically by e-mail, almost immediately. (it is not possible to pay by card when the product is delivered, only pay in advance). Ok, temporary, some 4-5 days, silence, caption email. Silence. I say that I will complain to the Consumer Rights Office, the answer is that I have to wait 10-11 days, plus 3-4 days with delivery. Brought faster. But did not disappoint my suspicions about this institution. I ordered two sets of headphones, brought one. In a big box, packed with small other boxes, with some food names in foreign, so maybe from Russia, ok. The headphones themselves are the fault of the original, because I have the opportunity to compare whether something very old. And Kronis for everything - a little dirty in the ear area, probably used. Again, I would point out that it is possible to use only one set instead of two sets, and either an old model or not the original. Apple products are sold in unopened packages, here was in some kind of half-closed bag. So that this store is not afraid I do not want to go through the consumer rights office, all I wanted is to warn other people, and I will buy goods from normal and reliable stores in the future!
