Improper customer service
I arrived at the store today after receiving the missing parts and instructions for use of the product, when I asked the sales consultant or could not bring me the missing parts he rudely replied that he now had to lease to another client and that I had to wait for a consultant to become available. I stood waiting 10 minutes., but no consultant got rid of it, when I turned away I saw that the same consultant was talking to his acquaintance, not forming a lease. I wonder if it was so difficult to go to the warehouse and bring the missing part, especially because it all takes 1 minute.
