No First Aid wash the wound, and the whole palm was in the blood. Pharmacist Svetlana replied that they do not have a sink for customers and I have to go to a cafe. She offered to bring a damp cloth, but eventually brought dry and hydrogen peroxide (which is not recommended for such wounds). I did not receive adequate first aid from a pharmacist and she did not even think when sending me to the café that a person who was bleeding could be a carrier of an infectious disease and could endanger the health of others.
