Poor Management
In October 2019, I wanted to buy a computer from ASUS, which had an antivirus and Windows 8 as a special offer, as a birthday present. Unfortunately the computer was not in stock. By mutual agreement, the receipt of the computer was postponed for a month, because then the computer would be available. Unpleasant and big was my surprise when I found out that there was neither Windows8 nor antivirus offered for the newly purchased computer. There was nothing! When I went to the link where the offer was, I noticed a change. The store, of course, unfortunately said that there is no special offer for this computer! After Christmas, I received a call from the leasing company, with which www.1a.info has a cooperation agreement, which tried to convince me that I owe the current leasing payment! It should be noted that the computer was purchased on the spot, paying the full amount. The conversation was long and unpleasant, trying to convince the leasing company that the contract was NOT signed. This was the first and last time I bought goods in the online store www.1a.info. Very poor management, service!
