Didn’t get the ‘free’ stuff promised

Placed an order for 3 giant balls during one of Planet Shoppers Purchase 3 in the next 30 minutes and get 2 free and didnt get the 2 balls promised! Bogus email address for Customer Service and no phone number to contact them! User’s recommendation: Steer clear of this company!
