Terrible service would be putting it nicely. Horrible food, long lines and time to receive food, no AC in restaurants, not provided what i paid for, extremely poor management customer service and hospitality standards. User’s recommendation: Do NOT stay at Planet Hollywood Cancun.

Ive called and emailed the hotel, theyre international hotel customer service and have yet to be helped. No call or email back. User’s recommendation: I haven’t been to the resort but the customer service is horrible the absolute worst.
