My order missing the most expensive products ordered – 2 simmer pots at $28 each. The sprinkles were in a massive box, no invoice and directions. Calling back I’ve been on hold an hour!

This company is all about the money – not customer service. On hold an hour and called at the time they opened. Their hold music is terrible and I am not leaving until I get a service rep to send me what I paid for. Difficult to communicate with this company. Bogus and poorly represented.
