No service, warranty
2018. A year I bought an expensive t. S. Geimer's computer, recommended an additional purchase warranty for an additional period of time. On April 21, 2020, the computer broke down. I took it to the store the next day. Then it started - the time is delayed, there is no answer, after 3 weeks - we will not repair the computer free of charge, the manufacturer's rules have not been followed: there is dust in the computer! The son of the computer kept on the table and also regularly cleaned, but obviously no dust-free house at all. I asked how much the repair costs - let's not fix it for a fee, there are no such parts anymore (2 year old computer (!), And now... I am waiting for the second week until I return the computer as such... No news..
