The complaint was supposed to have been addressed and fixed by Pilot. I sent a letter of complaint to the store manager! .. Noone has contacted me. Next I’ll go to Knoxville TDOT and make a formal complaint about the dangerous situation at your #277 store entrance and exits.
A employee called me a *** and the manager on duty let her get by w it and then I got banned from store this is the flying j on Chapman rd in wytheville User’s recommendation: I cant recommend something that I haven’t even got a response after 2 weeks.
