Poor service
I ordered from an online store. It is stated that the shipment will be delivered within 1-3 days. I placed the order on Monday, after an hour I receive a message that the shipment has already been shipped. Initial problem - the shipment does not arrive on time, which is acceptable given the situation in the country. Looking at the consignment, the consignment shows that the consignment was delivered on April 13 to ds circle k pasture street 171. On Tuesday, April 14, I received a message that the shipment can be removed. When you pick up and name the code, you announce in a “kind” tone that there are no parcels and to call the postal information phone. When saving, one of the operators announces that the package is a circle k and that the employee is looking. Again in the "leaf" tone, I get the answer that there is no package. When calling again on the mail phone, pick up another operator and announce that maybe there will be a package today, maybe later and in general shows that the package has already been removed. Thank you Australian pasts for not disappointing your service again!
