Use of Internet Banking
Taking into account the latest requirements of the European Union (EU) regulations, changes have been introduced in the use of Internet Banking code cards since 2020 and IT Banka therefore introduced new security requirements and regulations. All would be well if the bank did not forget about customers, especially those who do not have the latest mobile phones (smartphones). Not all people are willing to use any additional applications and not everyone has the opportunity to do so - for example, people over the years. They know how to use a computer and an bank, but they often have a regular phone because they don't need another one at all. Other banks think about customers and have introduced the sending of a unique code with the help of free SMS, which is also a secure solution and, above all, very simple.The sending of a unique code via SMS is also actively used by foreign banks. I do not want to repeat the complaints of other people who are already on this page, but I would say that I would also feel for my own skin that every year IT Banka's attitude towards customers has Abbyficantly deteriorated.
