Instruction in national language
I wanted to give my wife a coffee machine with a built-in grinder. The shipment was ordered upon receipt by the post office with postage. When opening the package instruction was in six languages only non-American or foreign, I contacted the store to send out an e-mail. Last 5-day instructions did not sell my wife's gift for half price. I don't understand that you can sell a product at all without instructions in the official language.
