Misleading consumers, you will never see negative feedback.
Half a year ago, I bought a Philips robot vacuum cleaner in a promotion offered by Statoil. I am even very satisfied, so I wanted to leave a positive review on the Philips website so that other internet users would have a wider view of this product. It was a bit annoying that you need to register first to leave a review, but well - I did everything right. In my opinion, I wrote a positive review, put "pluses" everywhere and submitted a review. The answer is that the feedback will be reviewed during the day. And then a day later I received an e-mail stating that (I quote): "Unfortunately, your review did not meet our guidelines for publication on our website." Imagine that in order to be able to express my opinion freely, I have to follow the GUIDELINES! :) So what about feedback or expressing a user's opinion, if you can't already express yourself the way you really want?!? And I still had positive feedback! So reviews with negative experiences or any other problems users are unlikely to find there and will think that the product is completely free of any defects. (Thank God, I have that too...) :) But I think the experiences with this robot are different, and if they are not published, then the user is already partially misled. So keep that in mind when reading reviews about Philips products!
