Blu Ray Update

The support was closed for the day and I have no way to update the firmware on my Blu-ray player because the support downloads page just redirects you to the purchasing page and I can’t find a single driver for any product. Find out who extended warranty is through

Still mad! Won’t be buying any electronics from walmart or anything from philips ever again. This is the second philips t.v. that I purchased from the same walmart. The first time they replaced it the seconded time they wouldn’t even tell us who the warranty was through.

700$ saeco cappuccino maker broken within 1 year & they will NOT honor return & replace or reimburse.

Absolutely tied w Samsung for the worst customer service. I purchased an $700 saeco coffee machine – great design, terrible performance. They will not address any inquiries. User’s recommendation: Don’t buy it unless you’re ok w replacing it every year.
