Poor delivery quality

I ordered a Samsung U600 mobile phone from an online store, paid and waited for delivery. The online store provides delivery with Pty. "DPD Australia" (same "Bizpak"). It was delivered to me on time, but before handing over the goods, the courier had me sign the documents for receiving the shipment. The sachet was wrapped in a black polyethylene bag and wrapped in a scotch so that it could not be opened immediately. When I opened it, it turned out that the screen of the phone was torn, and the box in which it was located was shattered. What then was done with that shipment if the result through the package tore the phone screen?! I called the courier who delivered it to me, but he refused that the defective item was not his business,he only delivers and he will not accept any documents (complaint or deed) about the damaged product from me - to complain to the company's management. I wrote a complaint to both the store and the courier service. Waiting for your reply. Dudes, be careful, check the goods before receiving and signing! And if what - hit the courier : )
